We had the most wonderful experience at All Brands today. We went in with a seemingly broken vacuum and not only did they fix it on the spot and in under ten minutes, they taught us how to fix it next time. Couldn't be any nicer here! We love our local retailers.

The good folks at All Brands saved the day again keeping my vintage 1993 Kenmore canister vacuum alive and kicking! They helped me out with a replacement plug and new hose back in 2023. Yesterday they resurrected my Kenmore once again diagnosing that a jammed reset button was the reason for my vacuums beater bar unit not powering up! The price for the diagnosis and services rendered? ZERO $$$!! That’s rare these days! Thanks so much, highly recommended!!

My name is Daniela, and I own a cleaning business in the Boston area. I’ve been working in this field for over 15 years, and I can honestly say they offer the best, high-quality gloves.

A few months ago, I visited the store looking for a vacuum that would fit my needs. The gentleman working there was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions patiently.

Today, I stopped by so they could check the cord, and once again, the service was outstanding. He replaced the cord, gave me useful tips on how to keep it in good condition, changed the filter, and did much more , all at no extra charge.

Even though my vacuum was under warranty, I know many stores try to find ways to charge extra or blame the customer but that’s not the case here. They are extremely professional, honest, and always go above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend!
